Shipping Policy

Tom Auto Parts ships all orders over $50.00 with free freight. Orders $49.99 and under will be charged a shipping small fee of $8.99.
Tom Auto Parts shipping policy includes shipments to the 48 contiguous states. Contact us for cost of shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or American Territories. We apologize but we cannot ship to a PO Box, APO/FPO/DPO or any international destinations.
Your order will typically ship within one to two business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a second email with your order tracking information when your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to activate on the courier’s website.
Tom Auto Parts ships orders through the US Postal Service (First Class Mail or Priority Mail) or FedEx (Ground, Home Delivery or FedEx SmartPost). Transit time can be up to ten days, but most orders will reach their destination in four to five business days from the date of shipment depending on your location.
If you need your order faster, we offer expedited shipping services. Contact our Customer Service team at or call 602-296-4960 and choose option one for a quote. We will send a PayPal invoice for the freight cost. Expedited orders placed before 10:00 AM (MST Arizona) will ship the same day. Expedited freight cost will not be refunded under any circumstances.
If you live in the Phoenix AZ area, we offer Local Pickup at our warehouse in Tolleson. You can place your order online and we will email you when it is ready to pick up. You can also just come to our office to place your order. We accept most major credit cards and PayPal. Click here for address and hours of operation.

Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

If you would like to make a return, take a look at our policies below. We want to make sure you’re completely happy with your purchase. All returns must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. If there’s anything we can do to improve your experience, please contact us at
Return Policy
We’ll accept return requests for any purchase within 30 days from your date of receipt. The items must be unopened, unused, with tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received.

We do not accept returns for installed items, gift cards or downloadable products. Returns that arrive without a box or require re-boxing may incur a small re-box fee.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.

If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within 3 days. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.
Exchanges for Damage or Defective
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or a defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email within 30 days of receiving your product to begin the process. If your order was received damaged, please take pictures of the box it was shipped in so we can file a claim on your behalf.
Exchange for Wrong Part Ordered
If you receive the wrong part, please contact Customer Service for an RMA at We can issue a refund or ship a replacement item once we receive the original order back at our warehouse.
Return Shipping
Tom Auto Parts will pay Return Shipping if we make a mistake on your order or if the item is defective within the first 30 days of purchase. All other returns must be shipped freight paid. Any items arriving with freight due will be refused. We strongly suggest that you insure the return package for loss or damage during shipping.
